How can I place the order?
The products you want will be selected after you will visalize our page in detali . After you choose size, color and quantity the product will be selected by pressing the button ''Add to basket ''. After you selected all your favourite products , you should press ''Place order'' .
May I change my order ?
If the order was placed ,the costumer can change his personal data at the email [email protected] but this changes are possible only in the first hour after the order was placed. These changes are possible only for personal data, if the costumer wants to change the size or color of his product this is not possible after the order was placed.
May I cancel the order ?
Of course . The costumer has the possibility to cancel his order by sending an email at : [email protected] in the first hour after he placed the order.
May I receive an invoice on my company ?
Yes. If the costumer wants an invoice he only have to enter company data when the order is placed.
How do I pay?
Credit card pay.
-online transactions realized by plationline.ro are secure pursuant to international standards.
-for credit card payment the transaction will appear on the statement of the costumer as DIVALO CLOTHES SRL.
-accepted credit cards: Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Maestro, payment being made under maximum security conditions, without any additional fee.
If the costumers use credit card pay, the mayment can be refused? Why my credit card can be refused ?
Yes, the payment can be refused if :
-The credit card is expired: the costumer must check the period of validity of the credit card.
- It is possible that the credit have reached the limit. : informe yourself at the bank if your credit card have reached the limit .
- It is possible that one of the data given is not correct : at the end of your order the costumer must check if the data given are correct.
It is safe for me to buy from Divalo?
Yes. Divalo is a safe website , our team is serious and they do the best for the safety of your products and data.
Where can I receive the ordered products?
You can get them to any address you want (home, office).
Which courier company is the delivery made?
The only courier company is GLS. The order will be delivered at the address specified in the form.
Checking the status of the order will be done by accessing the GLS site using the AWB number found in the expedition confirmation email.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier company, the order will be deemed canceled and returned to Divalo.
What is the cost of transport?
Orders with a value of more than 100 EUR benefit of free transport.
For orders that not reaching 100 EUR, the shipping tax are specified on checkout page.
